It was the worst trip ever!

I experienced, I suffered, but I also enjoyed.

The trip plan is followed.

Day 1 arrive Lima after midnight
Day 2 morning bus to Pisco, boat tour to Islas(Island) Ballestas, bus to Nasca
Day 3 flight tour over Nasca lines, observatory tower, bus back to Lima
Day 4 morning flight to Cuzco, stay in Cuzco for the rest of the day for church, museum, plaza etc.
Day 5-7 hike the Inca Trail
Day 8 continue hiking 2 hours to Machu Picchu, stay for the whole morning at Machu Picchu, bus to Aguas Calientes
Day 9 train back to Cusco, flight back to Lima (That's the original plan. The true story is we missed the flight because the train was delayed for three hours. And the flight tickets in the next few days were all sold out. So we took the twenty-hour bus back to Lima instead.)
Day 10 stay in Lima, flight back at midnight

这个行程重点放在了Inca Trail，基本没什么参考价值，如果不hiking，I would suggest (only for Cuzco and the around area, btw, Cuzco is a lovely city!):

Day 1 morning flight to Cuzco, train to Aguas Calientes
Day 2 Early bus to Machu Picchu, then take the early afternoon train back to Cuzco
Day 3 Sacred Valley (Pisac, Ollantaytambo, etc)
Day 4 stay in cuzco, take the late flight/bus to your next destination

If you got a few more days to spend, you can also take the bus to Puno for Lago(lake) Titicaca.
